Welcome to Dynamic Punch. By accessing our website or purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Digital Products Only

Dynamic Punch exclusively sells digital products and services. No physical products are manufactured, sold, or shipped. All purchased files are delivered electronically.

2. Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at checkout. Payment must be completed before digital files or custom services are delivered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Digital Downloads

Upon successful payment, eligible digital products will be made available for download. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they download and securely store their purchased files.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and custom digital services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a digital file has been delivered or work on a custom order has commenced, except where required by applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork, embroidery files, vector files, designs, and other digital content sold or created by Dynamic Punch remain protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, purchasing a file grants the customer a license to use the file for its intended purpose but does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

6. Prohibited Use

Customers may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, or transfer our digital files.
  • Claim our designs or files as their own.
  • Upload or distribute our files on marketplaces, websites, or file-sharing platforms.
  • Modify our files for the purpose of resale or redistribution.

Unauthorized use may result in suspension of services and legal action where appropriate.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dynamic Punch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

Customers are responsible for testing embroidery or printing files before full production runs.

8. Order Cancellation

Custom service orders may only be cancelled before work has begun. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

9. Website Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
